Forest Permit & Itinerary Notice
The Kudremukh Forest Department enforces a strict daily limit of 300 permits for Netravathi Peak. To ensure entry, batch dates may fall on either Saturday or Sunday, and the order of Day-1 & Day-2 itineraries might be interchanged based on slot availability. A full itinerary briefing is provided during departure.

- ✕Friday night dinner en route and Sunday lunch & dinner during the return journey
- ✕Personal expenses, snacks, or shopping beyond the set menu
- ✕Emergency evacuation, ambulance, or medical expenses in case of contingency
- ✕Force majeure costs (delays due to landslips, roadblocks, natural events)
- ✕Travel insurance coverage (can be arranged separately on request)
- ✕Payment gateway transaction fee charges & applicable GST
Rules & Safeguards
Clear terms governing cancellations, behavior rules, and safety protocols.
Reservation & Cancellation
Cancellations made before 48h incur a 45% charge. Within 48h, bookings are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.
Force Majeure Cover
If a batch is cancelled due to natural disaster, roadblocks, or govt orders, we offer a 50/50 plan: 50% refund & 50% voucher.
Zero Tolerance Conduct
Strictly dry and smoke-free trails. Consuming alcohol or cigarettes during the trip leads to immediate expulsion.
Time Integrity
Our pickup departures are precise. To respect the team and catch mists, the transit vehicle leaves exactly on schedule.
Leave No Trace
We strictly prohibit littering. All plastics, wrappers, and garbage must be bagged and carried back to basecamp.
Liability & Safety
Trekkers participate at their own risk. Emergency evacuation charges are the participant's responsibility.
